Kellan Lutz Workout Routine

Kellan Lutz is better known as Emmett Cullen from Twilight. However, before that, he as an Abercrombie model. Lutz has a great lean body and has maintained it by staying relatively active. He participates in a wide variety of sports. Lutz enjoys making a game out of his training. In fact, this is how he really got into working out in the first place. Stuck filming in the desert, he and fellow actors had challenges involving weight lifting, situps, and pushups.

5 minutes of cardio to warmup

3 sets of circuit training exercises (performing one exercise after another):

Reverse Crunches: 20 reps
V-Up: 20 reps
Barbell Front Squat to Press: 12 reps
Pushups: 12 reps
Incline Barbell Press: 12 reps
Explosive Pushups: 12 reps
Dumbbell Lunge: 12 reps
Goblet Squat: 12 reps
